🧁 How Do I Customize My Cup?

Click “Begin Your Creation” on the homepage to start building your cup. You'll be guided through each step — selecting your base style, choosing your wrap, picking a lid, and deciding what’s inside (milk, slush, cola, lava, etc.).

⏳ How Long Does It Take to Make Custom Cups?

Each cup is handcrafted with love and intention. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping.

🎨 Can I Request a Theme or Character That Isn’t Listed?

Yes — message us! We’re open to unique concepts that fit within our art style.

🧼 Are the Cups Safe to Use?

All cups are BPA-free and the designs are sealed. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Please hand-wash only to preserve their beauty.

📦 What If My Cup Arrives Damaged?

We carefully package every order, but if your cup arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll gladly assist and make things right.

🔁 Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Because each cup is made to order, all sales are final. However, if there’s an error or issue, we’ll make every effort to resolve it fairly.

📱 Can I Watch My Cup Being Made?

Yes! Many cups are made live on TikTok. Follow us there for behind-the-scenes looks. If you’d like your order featured live, send a request after placing your order — we’ll try to accommodate based on the schedule.

📮 Shipping, Address Errors, and Order Confirmations

  • Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive tracking via email or text. Be sure your info is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
  • “Delivered but not received” claims: We recommend contacting your local carrier. We are not liable for missing orders once marked delivered.
  • Wrong email or phone number: If you enter incorrect contact info, we may be unable to reach you. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
  • Fraudulent transactions: All orders are monitored for fraud. Any suspicious orders will be held or cancelled.
  • Optional Confirmation Text: We may text you to confirm details. If you do not reply within 24 hours, your order will proceed as submitted.
